The Capital Improvements Committee of Madison County are looking into options on how to obtain local funding for replacement of the Eisenhower Bridge. The county must come up with 5 million in matching funds for the 18 million dollar project. One idea is a bond issue that includes a 600 hundred thousand dollar reserve fund and between 120 and 145 thousand in issuance costs.
