You’ll start seeing signs of construction projects next month around the former Indiana Steel and Wire facility on Muncie’s east side. The city has plans to relocate Bunch Boulevard from near White River to the interior of the former industrial property. Last year, Muncie issued $3.5 million in bonds to finance the relocation and other infrastructure work, which to accommodate the proposed Dannar Mobile Power Station development and to help with a planned two-year rebuild of the bridge that carries Ind. 32/East Jackson Street near the property.
