Indiana Legal Services will send an attorney to Muncie tomorrow, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to Maring-Hunt Library to provide free legal help on civil matters to Muncie area residents. Last year, ILS resolved 337 cases for Delaware County residents.
