An Anderson man is pleading guilty to an April 2016 murder. 53-year-old David Anthony Willis was set to stand trial February 27, but has taken a deal that sees charges of criminal confinement and weapons enhancement dismissed. Willis has admitted his guilt in the slaying of Gina Tan in a duplex the couple shared. He now faces a maximum sentence of 65 years behind bars.
