A Muncie man has been arrested after police say he set his ex-girlfriend’s apartment on fire. Police and fire crews were called to the 600 block of East Main Street after a woman said the fire originated in her apartment and was set intentionally by her ex-boyfriend. Thomas Walker has a history of mental health issues and had been released from a psychiatric hospital just three days before.
