The former Muncie Trade School Building at 1491 West Kilgore Avenue will be transformed into 36 apartments. The project is being undertaken by Commonwealth Development Corporation. The blueprint calls for 23 two-bedroom apartments and 13-three bedroom apartments set up in three buildings that sit on six acres. There’s also a storage building not far away that will be demolished.
