A guilty plea from a Muncie man arrested back in January after authorities raided a northeastside apartment building. The Star Press reports 23 year old Michael Hayes Jr. copped a plea in connection with a narcotic dealing ring. Hayes, of the 400 block of West Howard Street, was recently placed on electronic home detention for one year. Also, a judge in the case handed down a three-year sentence, with two years suspended, and gave Hayes credit for 295 days spent in the Delaware County jail.
