There were two small fires Saturday at the stadium before Notre Dame’s game with Virginia Tech. University officials say one fire at a concession stand was caused by too many cooking fuel cans in a hot box leaving two workers with minor injuries. About an hour later there was another small fire was extinguished at a pretzel stand. No injuries were reported in that mishap.
