Haz-Mat Crews were called to the scene of an overturned tanker truck Sunday morning. Officials say the truck spilled about 7,000 gallons of ethanol when it crashed on Riggin Road between the Muncie Bypass and Broadway. Riggin was closed to traffic for hours while crews worked to clean up the hazardous mess.
