Elwood Mayor Todd Jones has announced that he will continue to lead the city while undergoing treatment for cancer. The mayor hopes that an early diagnosis of Hodgkin’s lymphoma will help him beat the disease. Jones says he is motivated by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, who continues to serve while battling an aggressive form of cancer.
