A late night fire in Muncie’s Old West End neighborhood appears to be a case of arson. It happened in the 100 block of South Council Street. An investigator determined it had been intentionally set. There were no injuries reported related to the fire itself, but one person was taken away by ambulance. Damage to the house wasn’t extensive. No word on any suspect in the case.
