Residents of Anderson will see a reduction in their electric bill. The average residential customer of Anderson Municipal Light & Power will see an almost 3 percent reduction in their bill during the first quarter of 2017. That is the biggest quarterly decline in the past two years. Tony Pochard, superintendent of Light & Power, says the average residential customer will be paying 35 cents less per month than for the same quarter in 2015.
