A former Delaware County Sheriff’s deputy will plead guilty to stealing ammunition from the department. Arlan Johnson was arrested in February after an FBI investigation. He’s accused of buying over $8,500 in ammunition using money from the sheriff’s department, then selling the ammo for personal gain. Investigators say Johnson was then spending the cash at a nearby casino.
