“Texting 911” In Randolph County

Randolph County’s E911 Center now has the capacity to receive and send emergency messages via text. The feature is designed for people are in a position where they can’t make a voice call out of fear. How does it work? Just like a regular text, only you enter 911 instead of a phone number, type in the message and hit send.
