New Castle authorities say a 20-year-old man lied about his age and said he was 15 in order to “date” a 13-year-old girl. Joshua Lee Waller has been charged with child molesting and solicitation. According to court documents, the girl’s parents searched for him on Facebook, and that’s when they discovered he was lying about his identity and his age. Waller’s trial date is set for August 15 in Henry Circuit Court 1.
