A 30-year-old Muncie man is in jail after threatening to kill his dad. Sam Becktell II was arrested Saturday night on West Main St. and charged with intimidation and criminal mischief after his father told police his son threatened to kill him with a knife. Becktell Jr. is in Delaware County jail with a $6,000 bond. His dad told police his son has threatened his life before.
