The murder trial of Juan Hernandez got underway this afternoon in Delaware Circuit Court. He is accused of stabbing and killing his lover’s husband in January of last year. The prosecutor said in court that the man was angry that his lover and her husband had reconciled and killed the man in the parking lot where Hernandez worked. The defense says the victim attacked Hernandez and he pulled a knife to defend himself, thinking the man had a gun. Testimony is set to begin tomorrow morning.
