A Hartford City man’s second trial for the stabbing death of an Eaton man is underway. Korbin Bubp is charged with involuntary manslaughter for the death of Bear Richardson, who bled to death after being stabbed in the neck. The prosecutor says the victim was in his car when Bubp attacked him in February 2014. This is his second trial. The first was declared a mistrial because the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
