Middle Town Properties owns or manages more than a thousand properties locally, and was the target of Ball State students and other tenants who showed up at this week’s city council meeting to complain about living conditions in their dwellings. The Star Press reports the issues range from sewage backing up into showers to a simple lack of ready hot water at rental units marketed as being luxury apartments.
