Indy Woman Charged In 2014 Deadly Crash, Back In Delaware County Jail

An Indianapolis woman, charged in connection with a 2014 crash that killed her granddaughter, is back in the Delaware County jail. Authorities say 49 year old Donna Randolph failed to appear in court earlier this year and was arrested Monday. She is charged with reckless homicide and driving with a controlled substance in her system causing death.
