Indiana State Fair announced the addition of 2022 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Pat Benetar  as the final on the Free Stage.  State Fair will take place July 29 through August 21 and these shows are free with paid fair admission and seating is first-come, first-served.  All start at 7:30 p.m., unless noted otherwise.


Today is an AQAD Day for high ozone levels in Delaware, Hamilton, Howard, Madison and some other counties in Indiana.  Children, the elderly, and anyone with heart or lung conditions should reduce or avoid exertion and heavy work outdoors.


The Madison County Health Department will continue to offer COVID-19 testing through the end of the year.  Health department administrator Stephenie Mellinger told the Herald Bulletin Wednesday the Indiana State Department of Health has extended state supported COVID testing and laboratory services for local health departments to continue the PCR testing.


Tonight is Open Mic Night at Cornerstone Center for the Arts in downtown Muncie.  $5 per entry.


There is a waiting list approaching 900 families for public housing in Anderson according to the Herald Bulletin.  The Anderson Housing Authority Board on Wednesday learned that the waiting list for people with Section 8 housing vouchers is at 321, and the waiting list for public housing is now at 527.


An audit is coming to the Muncie Community Schools – it’s a formality, and the Board and Dr. Kwiatkowski in particular spent a moment talking recently about CFO Brad DeRome…  All MCS Board Meeting are Live and replayable on the districts You Tube page.  The next meeting is scheduled for July 12.
