Two men under arrest after a report of gunfire in Muncie resulted in a 20-mile police chase that ended in Anderson. According to the Star Press, 19 year olds Jacob Wayne Swallows and Tavion Q. Beard, both from Anderson, allegedly shot at a woman’s car as she followed their car. The police chase ended when the suspects’ vehicle crashed in Anderson.
