A Daleville tree-cutting business is facing $12,000 in fines for alleged OSHA after one of its workers died on the job. The Star Press reports 36 year old Michael Lusher of Anderson was killed on June 1. He was employed at That Tree Feller located at 12220 S. Delaware County Road 500-W. The company is denying the violations.
