Broderick Disciplinary Hearing Set For May 21

A hearing date has been set for a former Anderson assistant city attorney and son of Anderson Mayor Tom Broderick. According to the Herald Bulletin, the Indiana Disciplinary Commission has set a formal attorney discipline hearing for May 21. The complaint filed against Evan Broderick, stems from his 2018 misdemeanor conviction after a property damage accident while he was intoxicated.
