DelCo Man Accused Of Striking And Hitting Woman

A 50-year-old Delaware County man is accused of striking and choking his uncle’s girlfriend.  The Star Press reports that the victim claims Lee Robert Parham struck her in the face & head, pushed her onto a couch and then placed his hands around her throat. She didn’t want to press charges but police took Parham to jail anyway.
