Power Restored To Muncie’s Gillespie Tower Apartments

Power has officially been restored to Muncie’s Gillespie Tower Apartments on Saturday after residents there were without electricity since July 6.  Joseph Anderson, CEO of the Muncie Housing Authority, says the building lost power due to an electrical issue. Parts of the electrical system had to be sent to Detroit for repair, before energy could be restored.
