The Muncie Animal Care and Services facility is holding a sale on animals this weekend in order to help make some room. They’ve been struggling to keep up with the needs of hundreds of animals as adoptions have slowed in recent weeks. The “No Barking Zone” deal will be offering cats for $5 and dogs for $10 or for value-equivalent pet food donations on Saturday, Aug. 3 and ending at noon Sunday, Aug. 4.
