Charges filed this week against two Delaware County residents accused of pepper spraying a person they knew and trying to steal his moped. 24 year old Katelyn Smith and 24 year old Clifton Griffis of Muncie are charged with robbery and battery. The victim claims he had been asked to meet Smith outside Village Pantry on W. Jackson Street when the attack happened.
