After several months on the run, a man returns to Randolph County to face murder charges. 59-year-old Monty Cook is accused of killing 61-year-old David Brumley. The Winchester man was found dead in his home last November. Cook is charged with murder, auto theft and two counts of theft after stealing the victim’s sports car, debit card and cash.
