A Muncie man is dead after a Tuesday morning crash at the intersection of Cowan and Fuson Roads. Indiana State Police say 21-year-old Gary Lowe disregarded a red light causing his pickup to be struck by a straight truck. The other driver was not injured. The intersection was closed to traffic during the investigation.
