An 82-year-old woman says she was pumping gas when a man walked up behind her, took her keys and then drove off in her car. Police say it happened at the Marathon station at the intersection of 19th and Jackson streets in Anderson. 37-year-old Jason Fruggiero was later captured and charged after police spotted him driving the hijacked vehicle.
