Initial Hearing Today In Battery Case

An initial hearing is set for today in Blackford Circuit Court for a Hartford City felon who is accused of battering a 13-year-old boy. 19-year-old Devin L. Southerland is facing battery charges after being accused of punching a family member in the face during a disagreement.
