Serious Charges Filed Against Anderson Woman

An Anderson woman is facing charges of shoplifting after an off-duty State Police Sergeant noticed a disturbance in the parking lot of a Connersville Walmart. 29-year-old Ashley Renee Goins turned a misdemeanor Criminal Conversion charge into counts of Felony Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer and Felony Possession of a stolen vehicle, as the car she was in had been reported stolen.
