Neglect And Battery Counts For Muncie Man

Neglect and battery counts face a Muncie man accused of beating up a woman in the presence of her two children. 26-year-old Dwayne Wolf is charged with battery resulting in moderate bodily injury and neglect of a dependent. He has been released from the Delaware County jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
