Peckinpaugh Loses Job; Won’t Face New Charges

He lost his job, but he won’t face new charges. Police say former Muncie Animal Shelter head Phil Peckinpaugh is not facing any new counts in an October domestic dispute that led to his arrest. That said, he can no longer take part in a pre-trial diversion program so he will face an invasion of privacy charge from May.
