Sidewalk Project For Muncie’s Southwest Side

The Delaware County Redevelopment Commission is planning sidewalk improvements on Muncie’s south side. The 2-million-dollar sidewalk project will connect residential areas on the far southwest side as well as industrial areas like the Progress Rail, Mid-West Metals, and Ivy Tech along Cowan Road.
