Dunkirk Man Killed In Head-On Crash

Friends and family of a U.S. Air Force veteran and father of two, are mourning the loss of Zachary Bryan Emerick. The 32-year-old Dunkirk man was killed in a head-on collision in northwestern Jay County. Police believe his vehicle crossed the center line and collided with a dump truck.
