DelCo Commissioners To Discuss CAFO

There will be a public meeting on Thursday as Delaware County Commissioners discuss a proposed Confined Animal Feeding Operation at 2601 West 1270 North in Eaton. Current zoning allows a CAFO on farm ground 1 mile outside of the Muncie city limits. Commissioners may address the need for an updated Ordinance.
