Muncie Man Goes To Trial Over Robbery Charges

After more than five years, a Muncie man who allegedly participated in an armed bank robbery and fired at Yorktown police has gone to trial. 25-year-old James T. Cole has a total of nine charges against him. A 12-member panel in Delaware Circuit Court 4 will decide if Cole is guilty of any of the charges.
