Suspected Drunk Driver In U.S. Illegally

The suspected drunk driver accused of killing Colts player Edwin Jackson and Uber driver Jeffrey Monroe is in the United States illegally and has previously been deported two times, once in 2007 and again in 2009. At first he gave police an alias, but his real name is Manuel Orrego-Savala – a citizen of Guatemala.
