Belle Tire is announcing an expansion into Muncie . The Muncie location, 4551 W. Bethel Ave, is scheduled to host a grand opening event on Saturday, February 17, for local dignitaries and members of the community. The family-friendly event will kick off with a flag raising ceremony, and will include a “Touch-a-Truck” event with the local public safety officials, food trucks, and giveaways.
