Holy Cross/Notre Dame Cut Land Deal

Holy Cross College is taking steps so it doesn’t go by the way of St. Joseph’s College. The school, which neighbors the University of Notre Dame, has agreed to a plan to sell some 75 acres of land to Notre Dame, then have the university lease it back to Holy Cross. This comes as the Higher Learning Commission told Holy Cross to develop a four-year plan to improve its financial standing.
