Yorktown Redevelopment Moves Forward

Redevelopment is moving along in Yorktown. A bid was accepted to sell town hall during last month’s meeting of the Town Council. EK Property LLC is buying it for a half-million dollars. Right now town hall holds some offices, the police department and public meeting hall. The town will lease space back from the new owner for an undetermined amount of time.
