Early Voting Is Lagging

Early voting in Madison County is lagging behind other Indiana counties and is well behind the turnout in 2008, the last time there was a contested presidential primary. Russ Willis, chairman of the Madison County Republican Party, says he wasn’t expecting a huge early turnout, he expects voter numbers to be higher for the primary.
