Muncie Man Convicted Of Rape

A jury has convicted Billy Stacy Jr. for a brutal rape in a Muncie woman’s home. The victim woke up in December 2014 to find Stacy, whom she described as an acquaintance and a monster, in her bed. She said he pounced on her, choked her to unconsciousness and DNA tests confirmed the rape. The 41-year-old will be sentenced May 18th.
