Three Dead; One Critical In I-69 Crash

Three foreign national students from Manchester University are dead and another is in critical condition after they were struck along on I-69 in Grant County. It happened early Sunday in the northbound lanes near the Delaware County line when a van struck the students who were attending to a flat tire. 26-year-old Deangelo Evans of Chicago has been arrested on suspicion of three counts of operating while intoxicated and reckless homicide. He is being held in the Grant County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
