WTHR says the park will be built on 126 acres at the northwest corner of U.S. 31 and 216th Street, with construction beginning this June. Developed by Monarch Ventures, a division of Circle Property Group, SkyLake aims to blend natural beauty with family-friendly adventure. The park will feature a six-acre lake with white sand beaches, a 40-foot Boaz X Tower slide, a 300-foot floating obstacle course, and a 6,000-square-foot splash pad. Additional attractions include a 500-foot-long all-season tubing hill, a three-story ropes course, and SkyLinks mini-golf. At the center of the park will be a 40,000-square-foot pavilion housing upscale dining options, event space, and guest amenities. SkyLake is expected to attract around 500,000 visitors annually and bring hundreds of jobs to the area—both during construction and in ongoing operations. The park’s developers say their goal is to offer a destination that feels immersive and accessible year-round, combining natural surroundings with entertainment for all ages.
