Federal Child Offense Sentencing for Anderson Couple

A federal judge has sentenced Jamie M. Powell, a/k/a Jamie Cramer, 44, and Richard Smith, 42, both of Anderson, to 75 yearsfor their roles in a conspiracy to sexually exploit a minor. A release said Indiana State Police Investigators located over 2,400 image files of child sex abuse on Powell’s cell phone and more than 5,000 images and videos on Smith’s phone. Smith is also serving a sentence on drug related charges.
