Muncie Man Marks 108th Birthday

A Muncie man celebrated his 108th birthday over the weekend. CBS 4 reports Bill Barlage — who used to own Pixie Diner and Pixie Restaurant — turned 108 years old on Sunday. To honor Barlage on his birthday, Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour issued a proclamation to dub March 16 “Bill Barlage Birthday” in the City of Muncie.
