Investigation Into Hartford City Fire

Authorities are investigating the fire-related death of a 75-year-old Hartford City man. The Star Press reports the body of Rant Elliott was found Tuesday evening in his home in the 500 block of West Washington Street, where emergency responders determined several rooms in the house “were previously on fire.”
